Where a customer has taken out a support contract with the vendor, Telenet can provide a forward storage and distribution capability to fulfil warranty and contractual ship-ahead commitments.

Defective equipment can also be collected and returned to the manufacturer’s repair facility through the London Hub on aggregated shipments at a frequency determined by them, while managing all the customs clearance processes. Spares inventory can be managed to ensure maintenance contract obligations are always met.
